1.   KNOXLAC which provides information on: 

·        competition cancelled due to extreme weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

·        upcoming events including which Program is running at the next scheduled competition.  

2.     KNOXLACTNG which provides training-specific information such as training cancelled due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, changes to training schedules or information sent from the Knox LAC coaches. 

To use BounceBack SMS: 

·        Ensure your mobile phone plan is enabled for Premium SMS services ( check with your mobile provider)

·        Send a text message/SMS containing the unique code

·        KNOXLAC  to 199BBSMS (19922767), and you will receive a text response containing the current general Notice Board message.

·        KNOXLACTNG to 199BBSMS (19922767), and you will receive a text response containing the current training-specific Notice Board message.

·        The cost for a send text/receive message will cost a Premium SMS fee of 55 cents.
