"Knox Little Champs - Knox Little Athletics Centre won the Victorian Cross Country Championship at Tally Ho (East Burwood) last month. The club was so sucessful that 13 of their athletes took part in the State Finals at Yarra Glen last week. Pictured with the "Region 4" cup are the members of the victorious Knox Team."

The Trophy Table at the 1969/70 Knox Little Athletics Centre Championships. The John Bennett Memorial Trophy was awarded for the first time this season to Bayswater athlete Under 10 Stephen Davis for the 800m Walk. The other Trophy is “The Rose Bowl” won earlier that month. |

This belongs to current Triple Jump Chief Official Judy Blizzard (nee Addicoat) of Eastfield/Studfield in her final year with Bayswater in the Under 12’s 1972/73 season.
