Track & Field

Knox Track & Field season commences in October and runs through to April the following year. All Knox T&F events are contested at Knox Park. Knox Little Athletics Centre T&F season operates on a three program rotation the details of which can be found here. The program rotation for each T&F competition day is shown in brackets e.g. (B)

Cross Country

Knox Little Athletics Cross Country season events are held each Saturday mornings in April through August. Several venues are used offering a range of running conditions. Races commence at 9.00am sharp and generally are all complete by 11.00am. In addition to the regular Knox Cross Country run you might like to consider participating in one or more of the many Open Day's offered by various Little Athletic Centres. Cross Country Open days are included in this calendar.

EMR Sunday Cross Country

Seven Centres (Eastern 7) within EMR run a Sunday Cross Country Competition which starts at 10:00am. Please click HERE! for a program from the Kew LAC website
