Bayswater Bullets Little Athletics Club Parents/Carers Duty Roster for Season 2010/11

Every Club is required to supply one official for every five athletes registered.

We find it more convenient for parents to choose their own Parent Duty dates which would suit them. Three before Christmas and three after.

Failure to do duty means that we lose points for our club and the running of the program is in jeopardy. ie longer finishing time or athletes missing out on events. We as a club collect points towards Centre Awards at the end of the season, so please don't let us or our children down.

Parents are required to sign on at the table by the canteen before 8:15am on Saturday Mornings and 5:45pm on Friday Twilights.

If volunteering to do extra duty on occasions when announcer requesting for volunteers for program, please sign on first before going to help out on the event so our club can be credited.

Little Athletics is a sport the whole family can enjoy. It is all about everyone, parents included, getting fit, having fun, making friends and learning new skills.

CANTEEN DUTY

The Bayswater Bullets club has been assigned the following date (Page 12 of Knox LAC yellow handbpook):

Sat 10th December 2010

"The canteen roster requires 3 people on duty for the whole time the canteen is open" as per centre handbook.

At Bayswater Bullets, we find it best that those not on duty take it in turns for an hour at a time. A Roster will be done the week before. Those on Parent Duty on the day can choose this as a "duty task" but will be required to be their for the whole morning.
