Meeting Opened: 4:15pm at Guy Turner Reserve, Bayswater

Presidents Report:  Thanked everyone for coming. Welcome and thank all the sponsors. We had a good year on and off the track - raffles, dinner dance, movie night, Christmas party etc.. Thanks to N. Rasti for coming. Also thanks to Diane, to the Committee and to all the children in the club.

General Business:  

A motion was put forward by G. Pierce for Club 5 year awards. Seconded: J. Hodgkinson. Carried. 

Motion by G. Pierce to have a Cross Country Team Manager. Seconded: L. Field Carried

Motion by G. Pierce to have Life Members. Seconded: L. Field. Carried

Elections for Committee 1992/93 Season:

President: P. Marsh, K. Hodgkinson.   P. Marsh elected

Vice President: R. Candy and K. Haley both elected

Secretary: S. Bos

Treasurer: C. Freeman, M Rogers.  M. Rogers elected

Team Managers: J. Caulfield and G. Lacy

Committee: K. Hodgkinson, N. Earsman, B. Long, V. Waugh, G. Pierce, D. Hanson, M. Sword

AGM Closed: 4.45pm
