Coaching/Training for middle distance
and Cross Country is currently held on Sunday mornings and Wednesday
evenings throughout the year.
The Sunday runs commence at
9.00am each Sunday morning and are run at a comfortable pace where
the athletes are encouraged to concentrate on correct breathing,
running relaxed, and learning how to pace themselves. We
hold these training sessions at Grants Picnic Ground. Parents are welcome to jog along,

The Wednesday evening sessions commence at 5.00pm
and go to approx 6.30/7.00pm. For more information

Older age groups can also train on
Tuesdays and/or Thursdays starting at 5.00pm. Most Tuesday training
is at Knox Park but some other venues are used. Call Mike Kerr 0433
281 212 to confirm.
Athletes proposing to attend
a training session for the first time (or after a long absence) are
asked to call Mike Kerr 9758 8526 or 0433 281 212, beforehand.
The Sunday run will now be held at a single venue - Grants Picnic
